We won! Sverdlovsk regional court declared illegal actions of colony chiefs №55, 62 and pre trial detention center-1; they obstructed photo and videotaping. I think this victory of Public Monitoring Committee would be impossible without public reaction after incident in Kopeysk. To remind in penal colony №6 there were obstruction for work of Public Committee after inmates riots caused by extortion and torture.
On April 19, 2012 in penal colony №55 many convicts fought against «red activists»who beat and extorted money.
Today’s court decision must put in place chiefs of Ivdel colonies and pre trial detention center-1 who hide information and obstruct for work of Public Monitoring Committee.
