After a tea we remembered that on September 4, 2013 we visited colonies in Sosva city to check claims of prisoners and met Fedorakhin. Besides we met the head of a colony, Andrey Vitalievich Gaus who made us believe that medical surgery would be in October, 2012. We appealed to the head of medical department of Federal Penitentiary Service, Komarnitskij to keep the situation under control, but still no response. We had to ask help from Ombudsman in Sverdlovsk region — Tatiana Georgievna Merzlaykova, where in person gave her claim to interfere urgently and have the situation under her control. Tatiana Georgievna assured us to bring up an issue for next Federal Penitentiary Service session. We will be up-to date on that issue.
