We got a response from the Prosecutor office of Novosibirsk region, where our claims (about illegality of actions of administration in penal colony № 15, Tabulga, when human defenders were not admitted there for providing legal help for convicted) are proved true.
Now human defenders are preparing for the court hearings in order to get compensation for moral damage and for expenses on travelling there, connecting with impossibility to help prisoners.
Meanwhile, ignorant Head of the penal colony № 15 E. Pugachev still are sending papers to human defenders that his illegal acts were “legal”; by these actions he just shows his weak knowledge of the law.
Maybe, this “legal freedom” of Novosibirsk prison officers caused by weak human rights society who is supposed to protect convicted. That’s the reason why human defenders from far Sverdlovsk region have to deal with it and somehow to enlighten Novosibirsk Federal Service for Execution of Punishment.

The next time I read a blog, Hopefully it does not disappoint me just as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my coihce to read, however I really believed you’d have something interesting to say.
