Main Department of Internal Affairs spreads fake information

Today on October 14, 2013 in Verkh-Isetsky court of Yekaterinburd court session was over about a claim of member of Public Monitoring Committee of Sverdlovsk region -Dmitry Rozhin towards press secretary of Ministry Internal Affairs -V. Gorelyh who shared fake information on the site of regional police.

According to Dmitry Rozhin: «As a result court declared that MIA posted fake information and compel to contradict information on the site: «Rozhin D.I. several times was charges for different types violations of traffic rules including driving under influence of drink». Also court decided that my dignity and business reputation  suffered and reimbursement is 50 000 rubles.

Somehow Main Department of Internal Affairs will file an appeal to that decision as reputation of press service Chief is not good and now  position of V. Gorelyh is in question.

We can conclude it from the following: my colleagues and me think that while Gorelyh was spreading this information he could not have been unaware about falsification.»

In summary press secretary of Ministry Internal Affairs of Sverdlovsk region -Valery Gorelyh is not guide by law when he posts information on the site by what he disorients people.
