Seems like penal colony №2 of Yekaterinburg has a big trouble. Sverdlovsk Public Monitoring Committee has got information that tortures are applied to one convict.
Today while attempting to visit this convict (right now) Vasily Rybakov and Svetlana Malyugina got denial of access from warden deputy Edunov.
We found out that this convict is at hospital of penal colony №2. Edunov couldn’r escape answer and proved that convict is at hospital, however he turned off a question about reasons for hospitalization…
Judging by interfering with public control of Public Monitoring Committee’s members we have all grounds to suspect that they applied tortures to mentioned convict.
Svetlana Malyugina and Vasily Ryakov are heading to Prosecutor office and local Federal Service for Execution of punishment to get explanations of prison officers’ actions…
