Today we’ve found out that the judge of Verkh-Isetsky regional courthouse -Ekaterina Terentieva handed down decision in which member of Sverdlovsk Public Monitoring Committee has been fined 10 000 rubles — the minimum in sanction under art. 20.2 of the Code of administrative offences.
It follows that the judge has stated Olga Ivanovna had taken part in public picket which doesn’t comply with law.
Thus, law «On meetings» says compulsory sign of picket is visual agitation. However, during hunger strike there was no any visual agitation made by either Olga Dianova or Larisa Zakharova. There was a poster «Hunger strike of members of Sverdlovsk Public Monitoring Committee». Whatdidthisposteragitatefor? It’ssimplyafact. Maybe in opinion of Ekaterina Terentieva it was an appeal to feed members? Anyway she doesn’t explain it in her decision. All those questions will be asked during the next court hearing upon complaint of Olga Dianova.
Tomorrow on August 29th, 2014 at 9:30 in the building of Verkh-Isetsky courthouse located on 2 Kirova Str. there will be held trial upon administrative case against Larisa Zakharova.
