Special detention center for arrested by the administrative order in Yekaterinburg which is located: 620024, Yekaterinburg, Elizavetinskoye road, 19. This facility is constantly under control of human rights defenders of the Sverdlovsk region.
Working groups of Public Monitoring Committee inspect this place and point out the following violations:
-there is a illegal cage where arrested are detained;
-majority of arrested are allowed to walk outside — according to Chief of the facility it happens because of lack of officers for security;
-there are no personal beds at soliataries;
-arrested are transferred from other cities and places from the Sverdlovsk region but money is not given for ticket back home.
