Anomalies with electricity at the penal colony-63

On 20 March 2015 Svetlana Malyugina inspected the penal colony№ 63 in order to provide her client with legal help upon criminal case.

She arrived there at 10 am, registered her request for meeting with a convict. Then she received admission in five minutes; it surprised her, usually it takes much longer.

After Svetlana went inside, she was told to wait for a while.

About 12 pm in the guess house with defender and relatives of convicts came in an officer and said that there are some problems with electricity and that relatives may go inside but Svetlana has to wait there before repairs will be finished.

Repairs finished about 3 pm and defender was admitted for a meeting.

At 5 pm sharp officers interrupted meeting explaining that working day of officers is over and they don’t care defenders are allowed to meet with inmates till the evening.
