On 24 March 2015 in Moscow there was a panel discussion on: «New administrative justice». Code of the administrative offence and Code of the administrative court procedure».
Panel discussion was organized by Committee «Civil assistance». There lawyers, attorneys, representatives of state bodies and human rights organizations of Russia gathered together.
Svetlana Alekseyevna Gannushkina who is chairwoman of Committee «Civil assistance» delivered speech first.
Attorneys as independent experts: Maksim Krupskiy, Aleksandr Guriyev and Irina Biruykova showed their expert opinions: «On the project for Code of administrative offence of the Russian Federation. (General part)» and «On the project of Code of the administrative court procedure of the Russian Federation».
When they finished, participants could asked questions and get answers.
The main purpose of that discussion is to work on unified approaches to application of Code of the administrative court procedure which comes into effect since 15 September 2015 as well as the Project of Code of the administrative offence.
